Feria in Jerez

Guest Mentor Antonio Ojeda
Intro
In this workshop we immerse ourselves in the colorful city of Seville, shooting among famous architectural backgrounds (multiple UNESCO World heritage sites); this city is just made for street photography… people living their lives outdoors, on the characteristic traffic-free cobbled streets, riverside promenades, parks and squares.
But to make this trip even more of an adventure, we have planned the trip during the Feria de Caballo, in nearby town Jerez.
Since the Middle Ages, every town and village in Andalucía has its own feria (or fair). Those events have become the highlight of the year for the local population, and of the people visiting. Feria de Caballo, maybe the best fair of them all, as the old town Jerez displays all its main cultural exponents: flamenco, horses and sherry!
You will be shooting these very intense six days under the expert guidance of local photographer Antonio Ojeda, and alongside Street-Macadam photographer Stéphane Kyndt. Together with them you will shoot the best places at the best time, in the best light and together with a very inspired group of photographers.
