Leleo Lopes

Photographer residing in Ouro Preto, Minas Gerais, Brazil since the age of 11 narrates his journey that began in 2007 when he started capturing scenes without equipment. He acquires his first camera in 2008, exploring various cities and reflecting on the power of photography. Emphasizing the fluidity of images, he avoids excessive explanations and embraces silence in observation. Reflecting on the indefiniteness of the act of photographing, of being and being present, he concludes by valuing appreciation without labels and understanding others through images.
